RD-7555: Check if GUI settings related to "TLS/SSL Session" are set before
         making comparisons.
   Spurious "bad configuration" messages were printed regarding TLS/SSL session
   configuration items in GateManager configuration page when unrelated settings
   were changed. This has been fixed.

RD-7593: License portal fails creating new customers after the 11.5 GateManager
         upgrade.
   Endpoint "/remote/GM_ID/starter" didn't work, because "start-package-
   mail.txt" template wasn't reworked to support sending separate certificate
   and password emails. This has been fixed.

RD-7619: ClaimAV script fails installation on AWS.
   ClamAV 1.5.0 wouldn't work without clamav/certs directory with ClamAV's root
   CA certificate inside. This has been fixed.
