02How to Join the Beta via TestFlight

No worries if this is your first time. Just follow the steps below and you can install the beta app in about 5 minutes. No technical knowledge is required.

💡 What is TestFlight? TestFlight is an official app made by Apple that lets you try out apps (i.e., beta apps) before they are officially released on the App Store. It is free and safe. The Studio v3 beta app is installed through TestFlight rather than the regular App Store.

Request to Join

Let your CSM (Customer Success Manager) know you'd like to join the beta, and share the Apple ID email address used on your iPhone.

※ The invitation is sent to this email address, so it must match the account you are normally signed in to on your iPhone's App Store.

Receive the Invitation Email

You will receive a beta invitation email from Apple (App Store Connect). The subject line includes "TestFlight".

※ If you don't see the email, check your spam/promotions folders too. The invitation must be accepted within 30 days.

Install the TestFlight App from the App Store

Search for "TestFlight" in the iPhone App Store and install it for free. (Official Apple app)

※ Once installed, you can skip this step for future beta apps.

Accept the Invitation

Open the invitation email on your iPhone and tap "View in TestFlight" or "Accept". The TestFlight app opens automatically.

※ If you received a 24-character redeem code instead of an email, you can enter it via TestFlight app → "Redeem" in the top right.

Install the ShopLive Studio Beta App

In TestFlight, tap "INSTALL" on Studio v3 to start the installation.

※ The orange dot (●) next to the app icon on your home screen indicates it's a "beta app". That's normal.

Launch the App & Send Feedback

Launch the installed Studio v3 and try it out freely. If you spot any issues, take a screenshot, then Share → "Share Beta Feedback" via TestFlight, or let us know on Slack #studio-v3-beta or via your CSM.

※ If the app crashes during use, a feedback prompt may appear automatically the next time you open it.

🔄 Keep Automatic Updates On New beta builds are released frequently. Turn on "Automatic Updates" via TestFlight app → Studio v3 so the latest version is applied without installing it manually each time.

I didn't get the invitation email	Check your spam folder, and confirm with your contact that the Apple ID email you provided is correct.
Does it work on Android phones?	This beta is for iOS (iPhone) only. iPad is not supported either.
Will it conflict with the existing app?	The beta app installs as a separate build, so it runs independently of the production app.
How long can I use it?	Each beta build can be used for up to 90 days after installation; after that, an update is required.
How do I leave the beta?	In the TestFlight app, go to Studio v3 → tap "Stop Testing".
