02How to Join the Beta via TestFlight

No prior experience needed. Just follow the steps below and you can install the beta app in about 5 minutes. No technical knowledge required.

💡 What is TestFlight? TestFlight is an official app made by Apple that lets you try apps before their official App Store release (i.e., beta apps). It's free and safe to use. The Studio v3 beta app is installed through TestFlight rather than the regular App Store.

Request beta access

To join the beta, let your CSM know. Your CSM will send you the beta app install link.

Open the install link

Open the link you received on your iPhone.

※ The link must be opened on an iPhone. It won't work on a PC or Android device.

Install the TestFlight app

On the link screen, tap [Install TestFlight] to install TestFlight for free from the App Store.

※ If it's already installed, skip this step.

Install ShopLive Studio beta

After installing TestFlight, you'll be taken to the ShopLive Studio page automatically. Tap [Install] to install the app.

※ An orange dot (●, the beta badge) on the app icon means it installed correctly.

Initial feedback & rollout discussion

After trying it out, share your feedback via your CSM channel or in-app feedback, and we'll discuss the next steps in a meeting.

🔄 Keep automatic updates turned on New beta builds are released frequently. In the TestFlight app → Studio v3 → turn on "Automatic Updates" so the latest version is applied without installing it manually each time.
